Drum Solo Jam, Episode 6

Well, drum soloing, is what I like to call one of the major beasts of drumming.
What are the other beasts you ask?
In my opinion there is;
1) Recording
2) Live Performing
3) Jamming
4) Regurgitating
5) Creating
6) Soloing
Are there more beasts? Most definitely... Such as Practicing.
I have created my YouTube Channel to work on my soloing, which is currently a very weak area of mine. I tend to be more of a Creating, Song Playing kind of player. The ability to entertain on the drums completely alone, although difficult for me, is a necessary evil to conquer in my journey. Whatever i am weak at combined with whatever makes me uncomfortable, is what I tend to work on.
Here is what I think is my best Drum Solo Jam so far. I put an atmospheric sound of a truck running in the background and then improvised with it.
I am using the Roland TD30 KV drum set.

I am also a Drum Instructor, and here are some great books I highly recommend to all of my students;
